Spring Training Baseball Ticket Record Set
Major League Baseball (MLB) announced that the combined leagues drew a record 3,421,055 fans to Spring Training games in Arizona and Florida in 2007. The total narrowly surpassed the previous high attendance record set in 2005. MLB also announced that Grapefruit League games in Florida set a new attendance record by drawing 1,707,750 fans.
