TickEx Launches U.S. Ticket Search Engine

TickEx, a U.K.-based search engine and ticket exchange, launched its U.S. site this week.

The site, which refers to itself as the “Google For Tickets,” allows buyers and sellers to list, search for, bid on and pay for tickets on the site. Resellers can also sell tickets through sites such as TicketLiquidator.com or StubHub!/eBay.

Users can also browse and compare tickets they find through TickEx, based on the search criteria artist, city, venue, date, seat location and price. . .
TickEx is the second U.K.-based ticketer this summer to enter the U.S. market. Earlier this month, Viagogo struck a deal with the Cleveland Browns to be the team’s authorized ticket reseller.
