University of Montana Says Sorry to Ticketless Elton John Fans

“Sorry” doesn’t seem to be the hardest word for Mary Muse.

The director of the University of Montana’s Adams Center had this to say a day after thousands of Elton John fans stood in lines in a fruitless attempt to get tickets to the Sept. 28 concert:

“I can’t begin to say how much I regret the experience of people who stood in line and didn’t get tickets. I apologize for that.
