Vans Warped Tour goes old school

The Vans Warped Tour, the longest-running, traveling music festival now in its 14th year, has added an extra stage to select west coast dates on this summer’s trek, including the final show at the Home Depot Center in Los Angeles on August 17. The 46-date tour kicked off June 20 in Pomona, CA.

The Old School Stage will feature performances from classic punk rockers Agent Orange (August 15-16), Big Drill Car (August 14 and 17), The Dickies (August 15-17), D.I. (August 14-17), Fear (August 14 and 17), The Germs (August 14-17), H2O (August 14-17), M.I.A. (August 14 and 17) and T.S.O.L. (August 14-17).

The Vans Warped Tour was founded in 1994 by promoter Kevin Lyman as a touring music and extreme sports festival. Last year’s tour traveled to 45 cities, sold more than 622,467 tickets and grossed $18.6 million.
