Beach Boys reunion tour tickets on sale this weekend

Following their successful special performance at this year’s Grammy Awards, tickets for the upcoming Beach Boys reunion tour are among the onsales for the weekend ending February 27 as compiled by TicketNews.

Starting off this weekend’s onsales are tickets to several stops on the upcoming 25th Anniversary concert from the Beach Boys. For the first time in over 20 years, Brian Wilson has reunited with the band to create an anniversary album and embark on a tour. Wilson famously fell out with the Beach Boys in the mid 1980s after leading the band since its inception. The upcoming tour is set to include 50 dates, with concerts in Milwaukee, Hollywood, Boston, and Austin on sale throughout the weekend.

Also among the weekend onsales are tickets to the Anaheim stop on the joint tour from Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw. Two of country music’s biggest stars, Chesney and McGraw have charted 41 number one singles throughout the course of their careers. The Brothers of the Sun tour begins this summer, and is scheduled to play 19 stadiums in 19 cities before ending in at the end of August.

Among the Monday onsales are tickets to several American concert dates on Madonna’s upcoming world tour. One of the most successful artists of the last 30 years, Madonna has sold over 64 million albums throughout her storied career. Most recently, Madonna released her latest album “MDNA” and completed a successful performance at the Super Bowl Halftime Show. Concert dates on sale Monday include shows in Atlantic City, St. Paul, Phoenix and Las Vegas.

Rounding out the weekend’s onsales are tickets to the upcoming 2012 Major League Baseball season for the Cincinnati Reds, Arizona Diamondbacks and Tampa Bay Rays. MLB Spring Training officially began this past week with the first Spring Training games scheduled for next week.
