Jason Mraz, Fresh Beat Band tickets on sale this weekend
Starting off this weekend’s onsales are tickets to Jason Mraz’s upcoming North American tour. The pop rock singer/songwriter, who first burst onto the music scene in 2002 with his hit single “The Remedy (I Won’t Worry),” has released four studio albums to great commercial success. His most recent offering, “Love is a Four Letter Word,” is set to be released on April 17.
This current tour, named Tour is a Four Letter Word, has dates in Mansfield, MA; Nashville, TN; Toronto, ON; Las Vegas, NV; Los Angeles, CA; and Honolulu, HI among this weekend’s onsales.
Also among the onsales this weekend are tickets to the upcoming U.S. tour of the popular children’s television show “The Fresh Beat Band.” Airing on Nickelodeon’s child-centric “Nick Jr.” block of television, the show follows four friends who attend a music school and use music to solve a specific problem in each episode. The upcoming The Fresh Beat Band in Concert tour has stops in Chicago, IL; New Orleans, LA; New York City, NY; and Atlanta, GA on sale throughout the weekend.
Tickets are on sale throughout this weekend for various stops on this summer’s Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival. The annual hard rock and metal festival began in 2008 and has toured every summer since. This summer’s line-up includes performances from Slipknot, Slayer, Anthrax, and As I Lay Dying. Concert dates in Camden, NJ; Mansfield, MA; Chicago, IL; and Woodlands, TX are on sale this weekend.
Finally this weekend, tickets are on sale for several top sporting events. First up, tickets go on sale Friday for the Chicago Bulls playoff home games. Currently in possession of the NBA’s best record, the Bulls are one of the favorites to advance deep into this year’s postseason. Also among the Friday onsales are tickets to the upcoming Ultimate Fighting Championship event to be held at the Pearl Concert Theater at the Palms in Las Vegas, NV.
“Onsales” is a ticketing industry term describing when tickets initially go on sale to the general public. Each week, tickets are released by promoters, venues and others to dozens of events, but the number of tickets available can vary significantly between locations.
