Luke Bryan Reschedules ‘Farm Tour’ Concert In Louisburg
Country star Luke Bryan was slated to perform on his Farm Tour in Louisburg, Kansas earlier this month, but now, the gig has been rescheduled.
The show, originally set for October 3, was cancelled since rain made it difficult to unload equipment at MC Farms. While city officials tried to find other locations within Louisburg to hold the concert, they were unable to hold the gig because other venues were still too wet. However, Bryan kept his word and announced that the show has been rescheduled to October 30 at MC Farms. Tickets are still available for the new date, and previously purchased tickets will be honored on the 30th.
The Louisburg stop was in the middle of Bryan’s Farm Tour, which hit five other cities throughout late September and early October. For the 11th year, Bryan visited a handful of rural towns to “bring full production concerts to small towns that would not see larger scale shows.” Throughout the trek – which visited small towns in Wisconsin, Ohio, Kansas, and Oklahoma – he continued the #HeresToTheFarmer campaign to donate a meal through Feeding America. The campaign, which has run over the past few years, has served 3 million meals and $180,000 to food banks and local farmers during each tour stop.
Bryan has been touring on his Sunset Repeat Tour since May and will wrap-up the trek later this month. He’s also slated to appear at Stafford Farms in Michigan, which had to be rescheduled from earlier this month.
“Knocking Boots,” Bryan’s latest track, dropped earlier this year and follows 2017’s What Makes You Country.
