Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour Ranked Top-Grossing Concert of 2023: Forbes

Taylor Swift has long been synonymous with success in the music industry. From Grammy and AMA winner to singer, songwriter, and cat mom, her list of accolades is extensive. So it should come as no surprise that Swift has earned a new title to add to her long list of accomplishments: the top-earning concert for summer 2023 for The Eras Tour. 

According to Forbes, The Eras Tour grossed $780 Million for 56 shows throughout North America. Millions of Swifties made friendship bracelets, dressed in their favorite era, and sang along to old and new songs in sold-out stadiums across the states. 

From the country-infused Fearless era to the synth-pop perfection of 1989 and the introspective singer-songwriter tones of folklore and evermore, every era was brought to life with authenticity and precision.

According to the publication, the success of The Eras Tour earned Swift yet another title: billionaire. Swift entered billionaire status with the help of her most recent tour and Blockbuster movie – earning an estimated worth of 1.1 billion. Pollstar predicts that The Eras Tour may actually become the highest-grossing tour of all time; Forbes predicted the tour’s gross revenue could even reach a whopping $1.6 billion. 

Forbes lists Beyoncé as coming in second for the top-earning concert tours of 2023, with her Renaissance Tour grossing $460 Million,  followed by Ed Sheeran with his – +–=÷× (Mathematics) Tour, grossing $240 Million.
